  1. Do you have an onsite chapel? If not, can you please specify what you use?
    Our chapel is located in our local crematory location in Vista.
  2. Is your facility set up to handle a variety of religious services? Please elaborate if you wish.
    Yes, we specialize in accommodating all types of religious services
  3. Do you offer an onsite crematorium?
    Yes. Our local crematory is located in Vista..
  4. Do you have the ability to witness cremations?
    Yes, we do witness, religious witness, and viewings and ceremonies prior to witnesses.
  5. Do you offer ID viewing?
    Yes, we offer all types of viewings, including ID Views.
  6. Do you work with all of the local cemeteries?
    We have great relationships with all of the local and many of the out-of-county cemeteries.
  7. How much do you charge for transportation if you have to pick up outside of the County. Or is there a certain mileage limit? (2025 prices)
    We charge $450 to take someone into our care and $4 per additional mile outside of San Diego County. This price is included in our packages here.
  8. How long does it take to get the ashes back?
    We will usually have the urn available in 1-2 weeks. This can change if there are any issues with registering the Death Certificate and Crematory scheduling.
  9. How long does it take to get the death certificates back?
    Within 5-7 business days after registration.
  10. Can a family bring food to the memorial service?
    Our chapel does not offer this service. However, we have many other churches/chapels we work with that can accommodate this request.
  11. Do you have clergy you recommend?
    Yes.
  12. Do you offer names of those who can offer scattering services? (witness and non-witness)
    We have our own personal license for non witness scatter at sea, so we absolutely can accommodate this ourselves. For witness scatter, we can suggest other services.
